Online Public Information Requests
If you request disciplinary information for your own use, please use our ONLINE SYSTEM to make your public information request and payment.
You may also make a request in writing by sending an email to legal@msbn.ms.gov. After the Board receives the request, a link will be sent with an invoice which allows the requestor to pay any fees associated with the request.
Please note that disciplinary orders can also be obtained for free at https://www.nursys.com/.
Fees for Public Information Requests
The Board charges a $20.00 fee for record retrieval and the first 50 pages. There is an additional charge of $.50 per page for each page over the first 50.
